Buy your needle tips first32G 4mm tips and alcohol pads. Customs stops us shipping them with your order. A few dollars on Amazon or any pharmacy.
Then it lives in the fridgeUnmixed, your pen can sit out. Once mixed, it stays in the fridge until you use it.
5 clicks = 1 mg7 clicks is 1.5 mg. 10 clicks is 2 mg. Starting out, that is 5 clicks.
Same day, every weekPick a day and keep it. Morning is best, and you do not need to take it with food.
