Where we ship
We currently deliver to:
- Australia: 5–7 working days
- United States: 5–7 working days
- Canada: 6–8 working days
- United Kingdom: 6–8 working days
- Germany & Netherlands: 6–8 working days
- Ireland: 6–8 working days
- New Zealand: 6–8 working days
- GCC (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar): 8–10 working days
Delivery time
Times above are counted in working days from payment confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our US facility once payment is confirmed. You will receive updates on your order, including your delivery window, by email and WhatsApp.
Cold-chain packaging
Every pen ships in insulated cold packaging designed to protect product integrity throughout transit, from our facility to your door.
Order tracking
After your order ships, tracking details are shared with you by email and WhatsApp. You can also reach our support team on WhatsApp at any time for a status update.
Customs and import
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection in the destination country. Our packaging and documentation are prepared for smooth clearance; in the rare case of a customs delay, our team will keep you updated and manage the process. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
